Today, two Boeing Dreamliners from Italy’s Neos Air arrived in Amritsar from Italy and then departed for Milan and Rome. In addition to these two destinations, Neos also connects Amritsar with Toronto via Milan, offering a convenient short layover of just 2 to 3 hours.
This shows the huge potential for international traffic from #Punjab to destinations like Italy, the UK, and Canada including Toronto, Vancouver-opportunities that airlines like Air India continue to overlook by focusing on making Delhi a major hub. We are grateful to airlines like Neos for stepping in to fill this gap.
We urge the Punjabi community to support these flights and choose Amritsar for their travel to Toronto and other international destinations. This should be an eye-opener for Air India and Indigo, encouraging them to rethink their strategies. By choosing Neos, Punjabis can show that there is strong demand for direct flights from Amritsar, which may even lead to increased frequency and better services. Plus, Neos offers premium economy seats for a more comfortable journey!
The community now needs to support airlines that prioritize Amritsar and our community’s needs.
